
During the production process of a certain cleaning solution, a customer needs to quickly and accurately place haphazardly placed cleaning solution bottles on the conveyor chain in preparation for subsequent liquid injection and sealing. Ruiyi Intelligence has the following design solutions for this.


This case uses a Burkent 3+1 axis parallel robot as the core, accompanied by a customized vibration disk (the model size is shown in the figure).
The customer pours the empty bottles to be placed into the vibration plate. When the vibration plate drives the empty bottles to the end, a 2D vision camera is used to take pictures and recognize the posture and direction of the bottle mouth. Then, the data is transmitted to the parallel robot through communication. If the direction of the bottle mouth is positive, the parallel robot uses suction cups to grab the empty bottle and rotates it to place it at the target position; If the direction of the bottle mouth is opposite, the parallel robot will grab the empty bottle, flip the fourth axis first, adjust the direction of the bottle mouth upwards, and then rotate and place it at the target position.
This solution can be used in conjunction with various specifications of conveyor chains, belts, and other equipment, with excellent results.
